Pricing Information
To generate an exact quote and to determine the trio's availability, we will need to know the date of the event, the venue, as well as how long you would like to book the trio. When referring to weddings, usually if only booking the trio for the ceremony (this includes playing before the ceremony starts as the guests arrive), an hour to an hour and a half booking will be sufficient. If you want to book the trio for the ceremony as well as during the canapes, usually a minimum of 2 to 2 and half hours will be sufficient. A three hour booking works out perfectly for playing prior to the ceremony, music during the ceremony and afterwards at the canapes until the guests enter the reception hall. If only booking the group for the canapés, depending on your timeline (how long you'll be taking photos before the reception), anything from 1.5 or 2 to even 2.5 hours will be sufficient.
Gracenote Music fees are charged per hour for the trio. Bookings start from R3500 for the trio excluding traveling fees. Budgeting for live musicians at your event will usually be anything between R3500 and R10 000 (including traveling expenses), depending on how long the booking will be.
Please note that traveling fees per kilometer will be added to the quote, as well as any additional toll fees.
Each booking includes one arrangement that is not part of our current repertoire list. If more songs are requested that are not part of our repertoire list, we will gladly arrange it for you at R450 per extra piece of music. Special song requests that need to be arranged should be given no later than two weeks prior to the event.
If the venue is very far away (more than 70km one way drive for us) , a slightly hourly higher rate will apply and/or only longer bookings of three hours or more will be accepted, or for shorter bookings an extra fee will be charged to compensate for the longer traveling time. For venues very far from Gauteng, please consider budgeting accommodation for the trio. Please don’t hesitate to discuss possibilities with us.
A listening session or rehearsal can be organised with the trio in Pretoria for an additional fee.
Due to the popularity of some dates, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the trio for the date of your function. The remaining 50% is payable in the last week preceding the function.
